[ Brief ]

Manchester Holistic Therapy, Inc. is a holistic occupational therapy practice offering CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki energy healing, and mindfulness practices for adults and children. Rooted in nearly 25 years of occupational therapy experience, MHT promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being by calming the nervous system and supporting the body's natural healing processes.

The brand needed to reflect a nurturing, grounded presence while projecting a sense of authority and trust. Targeting a community that values holistic health, the visual identity had to be calming, approachable, and deeply human. The goal wasn’t to impress with flash but to quietly invite connection and trust.

Built around the core values of care, authenticity, and healing, the branding needed to feel visually accessible and rooted in nature, aligning with MHT’s philosophy of gentle support and whole-person wellness.

[ Solution ]

Before design began, in-depth research was conducted to understand the holistic therapy landscape, the expectations of the target audience, and the emotional needs driving them to seek out alternative healing modalities. From this foundation, a strong brand voice was developed, one that communicated warmth, expertise, and genuine care, setting MHT apart in a growing, often crowded space.

Visually, the identity embraces organic calm, weaving together earthy tones derived from the local coastal landscape, grounded typography, and spacious layouts to create a sense of space and breath. Inspired by the gentle flow of healing work, the brand relies heavily on videos and movement.
