Ralle’s brand identity is simple yet bold, stripped down to what matters, with purpose driving every design choice. Taking cues from NYC’s street style, the system embraces raw textures, confident typography, and a sense of unpolished energy that mirrors the city’s pace and personality.

Ralle’s brand identity is simple yet bold, stripped down to what matters, with purpose driving every design choice. Taking cues from NYC’s street style, the system embraces raw textures, confident typography, and a sense of unpolished energy that mirrors the city’s pace and personality.

[ Brief ]

Ralle is more than a run club. With workshops and meetups across NYC, Boston, and Minneapolis, it’s building community through movement. ​Ralle speaks to a broad spectrum - from Gen Z to Gen X - and connects with them entirely through Instagram. Designing their brand identity required a deep understanding of these audiences, the cities they call home, and the kinds of spaces they’re seeking. The goal wasn’t to look like a fitness brand. We weren’t selling gear, we were creating a feeling. The identity had to be dynamic, flexible enough to evolve with Ralle’s goals and growing community. It needed to feel approachable, design-forward, and distinctly non-corporate. Most importantly, it had to work on Instagram, creating a visual language that felt alive, engaging, and worth being part of.

Ralle’s brand identity is simple yet bold, stripped down to what matters, with purpose driving every design choice. Taking cues from NYC’s street style, the system embraces raw textures, confident typography, and a sense of unpolished energy that mirrors the city’s pace and personality. The aesthetic is intentionally minimal, allowing the content to take center stage. A strong typographic foundation and a limited, impactful color palette create visual consistency across touchpoints, while subtle nods to movement and urban grit keep the brand grounded and real. Built with Instagram in mind, the identity feels native to the platform; modular, clean, and engaging. It’s not about selling a lifestyle, but representing one: authentic, welcoming, and in motion.

The logo's straight lines and curved edges mimic the flow of movement. Dynamic while always maintaining its integrity, the logo highlights the growth and flexibility that fuels Ralle’s communities.
